Welcome to Spirka. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please make sure to read them carefully.

A Gift to Varna

While Spirka may offer paid services or subscriptions in general, for the city of Varna, Spirka will always remain a completely free application. This includes any and all premium or extra services we may introduce in the future, which will be provided to Varna users at no cost as our gift to the city.

Commercialization

To cover our expenses on infrastructure, maintenance, and ongoing support for the app, we may offer extra subscriptions for premium features or paid access for other countries and cities outside of Varna.

No Warranties

Whether you are using the free version of Spirka or a paid subscription, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We will try our best to fix any errors if we can and when we have the time, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be updated, completely error-free, or continuously available.

The transit data is provided by third-party services (varnatraffic.com), and we are not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or schedule changes in the real world. Furthermore, the availability of any specific city within the app depends entirely on the availability and accessibility of data from the respective public data provider. We are not responsible for outages or instances where a data provider's service becomes unavailable, which may require us to suspend or shut down support for that city within the app.

Acceptable Use

You may use Spirka for its intended purpose of tracking public transport. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app, or make derivative versions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Livotov Labs Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to missed public transport, missed appointments, or travel delays.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Varna, Bulgaria.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. If we do, we will update this page.
